Link to the fitness bands I've been using in class

I tend to use the red 2 metre Meglio band. If you are only doing seated exericse the 1.2 metre length is fine.


The red is often strong enough as you can adjust your hand position, however, if you are under 60, and don't have any issues with your hands or wrists go for the green (or stronger.
