Tuesday Toner - Pilates arm workout


Strengthen your arms and mobilise your shoulders in this 15-minute Pilates Workout.


No equipment required, however, if your wrists are stiff a rolled-up towel or thin Pilates block will be useful. You may also wish to use a Yoga strap or fitness band if you have one. Alternatives will be given if you don't have this equipment to hand.
