What should I wear?
Stretchy clothes & yoga socks are best. T-shirt & leggings are fine and socks if you don't have yoga socks.
Can I join part-way through a block of classes?
Generally the answer is no as, it disrupts the flow of the classes.

Can I join the Thursday evening Class?
This class is full & has been for a number of years - join my mailing list if you wish to be notified when a space comes up.


What do I need to bring?
You will need your own Pilates (or Yoga) Mat. A small towel is useful for comfort, and you may wish to bring a Pilates block.
How Much does it cost?
For a course, the cost works out as £10 per session so for a 6-week course paid in advance £60
Can I come on a Pay-as-you-go basis?
Generally, the answer is no, as the classes are usually full. However, longer-term/former clients or those who work shifts may at my discrestion come on this basis. The cost for part courses works out at £12 per session - ideally paid in full at the start of the course.
